What is ThetaHealing®?

 
ThetaHealing® is a technique that takes the brain to a deep brain state rapidly in order to improve and evolve mind, body and spirit. Vianna Stibal, the founder of ThetaHealing® is a well-known spiritual teacher who established a process to find out how we believe, why we believe, how we create problems and illness in our lives and how to change them by working on the subconscious mind and replacing negative thoughts and beliefs with positive beliefs. Through her thetahealing® technique, she learned that emotions and beliefs affect us on a core, genetic, history, and soul level. 
 
Theta is the state of mind where it is believed you can create everything and change reality instantly. There are five main frequency brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, and Gamma. Beta is the state in which you are active and alert. Alpha is a mental state of deep relaxation and meditation. Theta State is a state of very deep relaxation; Thetahealing® guided meditation is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep. Delta is the state of mind when you're in a deep sleep and Gamma appears to be involved in higher brain activity.

How Does it Work?

Talking about thetahealing® guided meditation, it is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep. The brain waves are slowed down at a frequency of 4-7 cycles per second. Theta brain waves can be considered the subconscious; they rule the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and the unconscious and remember memories and feelings. They also direct your beliefs and your behavior. Theta waves are creative, characterized by feelings of inspiration and spirituality. It is understood that this mental state permits you to act below the level of the conscious mind.

 

Your habits and the events in your life are based on beliefs stored in your subconscious mind. Those beliefs are the energy that cause the creation of your thoughts and your thoughts are what actually create your feelings, your feelings in turn are what create your actions and behaviors. What Should I Expect During a Session?

To let you practice the thetahealing® technique, your practitioner will get you into the meditative state of the theta brain wave, in order to dig into the subconscious mind by talking about the personal or health issues that you are encountering. You will then realize what is blocking you in life as you’re not generally aware of what is stored in your subconscious mind. The practitioner then assists you in shifting and changing those emotions, beliefs and energies that are causing your current imbalance.
 
In this manner, ThetaHealing® can be used for physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental healing.

How Long Does a ThetaHealing® Session Take and Will it Heal me?

Healings are a continuous process, not an endpoint. They are a journey that is not time-dependent. The sessions are usually 60 minutes and It is recommended that you experience two or three sessions to see improvements in your life. However your thetahealing® practitioners would let you know if you need less or more sessions.
