Welcome to the course about grief and letting go of it. In this course, I will clarify everything I have learned about grief and the best ways to process and transcend it. In chapter 1, you’ll be presented with my thoughts on understanding and resolving grief. In chapter 2, I will present worldwide experts’ views on what to expect when facing grief and what are the best ways to recover from it. Chapter 3 will allow us to understand how to process emotions, which is a fundamental step in moving on from grief. In the final chapter 4, I will guide you through the letting go/releasing technique which ensures we process grief.
