Do I need any additional software or application for my online distance healing video sessions?
No! You do not need to install any additional software or application for your distance healing session at Healing Clouds. Video sessions are conducted directly on our platform.
How do I check if my device is compatible and ready for the session?
You can test your device’s camera, speakers and microphone any time before the scheduled time of your session. This will ensure that your device is ready for the session and you can enjoy an uninterrupted healing experience.
Is my data safe with Healing Clouds?
Your data is completely safe with us. We comply with all GDPR guidelines and use Virgil security to ensure your details are extremely safe with us.
Can I use my mobile phone/tablet for the session?
Yes. You can use your mobile phone or tablet. Please ensure your mobile phone/tablet fulfils following requirement.
- For Apple devices, please ensure your phone/iPad has its iOS version 11.2.5 or higher. You can always update your operating system to its latest version from your phone.
- For android devices, please ensure your Android version is 5.0 or higher. You can check the same in your phone under setting>about>Android version.
- We highly recommend to use Google Chrome browser for the session. The browser should to be updated to its latest version for an optimum experinace.
Even though you can use your phone/tablet for the session, it is highly recommended to use a laptop/desktop computer for an optimum experience.
I can’t log in to my Healing Clouds account. Why?
Here are some quick fixes for this issue.
- Recheck the password entered and make sure you have entered the correct password in terms of upper and lower-case alphabets if any. In case you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one easily.
- Switch to Google Chrome browser.
- Clear your browse history and cookies and try to log in again.

From centuries human beings have been striving to survive on this planet and their survival instinct has created multiple ways to help them adapt with the surrounding and heal themselves. A practice is simply a unique approach or method to heal a specific condition or illness. You may refer to our 'Explore Our Practices' page for detailed information regarding each healing practice.
Can holistic healing be performed on Animals?
Yes, practices such as Reiki, Animal Reiki, Applied Kinesiology, EFT and many more can be used for healing animals. You can confirm the details by messaging our practitioners for free before booking the session.
When did you launch your website? And how are you marketing your services?
Healing Clouds had its private beta launch in October 2017 and then a public beta launch in January 2018.
We focus heavily on digital marketing and social media marketing to promote our website. We roll out offers and promotions for clients to book sessions with practitioners. We also have an in-house marketing program with our practitioners to help them promote their own profiles.
Are the practitioners on Healing Clouds certified?
All the practitioners on Healing Clouds are certified in each practice they offer. We manually verify our practitioner’s qualifications to ensure qualitative sessions.
Are the chats and video sessions safe on Healing Clouds?
At Healing Clouds, your privacy and safety are our priorities.
- Our practitioners are bound by 100% practitioner/client confidentiality.

I am not over the age of 18, but I wish to book a distance healing session.
You can definitely book a session even if you are a minor. However, your parent or guardian will need to create a client account so that the session could be conducted under parental observation.

Do I need to be certified in order to become a practitioner on Healing Clouds?
Each practitioner registered on Healing Clouds is certified and manually verified. We will need certificates for each of the practice that you wish to offer on Healing Clouds.
How do I sign up as a practitioner?
You can register yourself as a practitioner on Healing Clouds for free. There is no upfront fee to join us.
I have signed up as a practitioner but have not received the verification link on my email address?
The verification email sent to you may sometimes land in your spam/junk folder. Please do check it and make sure you mark the email as safe. In case you do not find it in the spam folder, please go back to our website and on the same page, click on “resend link” to receive a fresh verification link on your email address. You can also click on ‘Log in’ option and by entering your email address and password, you will get ‘Resend link’ option once again.
I do not have all the certificates for the practices I offer at the moment, what can I do?
You need to add only those practices for which you possess a certificate at the moment. You can add other practices along with their certificates later whenever the certificates are available.
How do I add my availability for clients?
You can add your available days and time under “My Availability” by logging into your Healing Clouds account. You can update your availability for each day and add your available time slots for a specific day. This will be visible to the clients while they book a session with you.
Clients might book sessions with me from other countries or regions of the world. Won’t our time zones clash with each other?
No. The time clients will see on your availability calendar will be based on their own time zone. Hence there will be no time clashes. Both the client and the practitioner will receive email confirmations as per their own time zone.
Why am I unable to upload my profile picture?
The profile picture you wish to upload should be maximum of a size 2 MB. Files larger than this will not get uploaded. Also, please make sure the image file format is .JPG, .JPEG or .PNG only. In rare cases, if you are still unable to upload the profile image, please send it to us at email@example.com we will get it uploaded on your profile.
What should be the file format for my certificates?
You can upload your certificates as an image or as a PDF file. If you possess more than one certificate for a particular practice, please combine all of them in a single PDF and then upload it.
Can I edit my profile details?
Yes. You can change most of your profile details by logging into your Healing Clouds account. However, few specific details such as Session Charge and email address cannot be changed from your account. Please reach out to us through live chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org further assistance.
I am unable to attend the scheduled session due to an emergency. What should I do?
In case of cancellations, please immediately Contact Us so that we can inform your client prior to the session. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the session.
I have applied for a practitioner profile but have not received any updates yet?
Once you have submitting all the necessary details for your practitioner profile, we approve and activate your account within 72 hours post verification. In a rare circumstance if it has been more than 72 hours and you have not received any response from us please write an email to us at email@example.com you can also send us a message over the live chat available on our platform.
After I have signed up as a practitioner, how do I understand the way your platform works?
Once your profile is approved and activated, we will arrange a demo session through live video call to help you understand various technical and general aspects of our platform. We will also help you understand various methods to promote your profile.
How do I know if a client has booked a session with me?
As soon as a client books a session with you, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your appointment such as date, time and healing practice along with the message your client has sent you while booking the session.
You can also confirm the booking by logging into your Healing Clouds account. Where you can see all your upcoming sessions on your dashboard.
Will I be reminded about my upcoming session?
We will send you two email reminders of your session.
First reminder will be sent 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of the session.
Second reminder will be sent 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the session.
I am waiting for my client to show up for the session, what should I do?
Please reach out to us immediately through live chat option available on the bottom right corner of the web page.
What is the service fee for practitioners?
We charge 25% of your Session Charge as our service fee for completed distance healing sessions. You will need to have a Stripe account to withdraw these funds to your account. Being a practitioner myself, can I also book a healing session with any other practitioners on Healing Clouds?
Yes. You can definitely book a session with another practitioner on Healing Clouds. In order to do so, you will have to create a separate account as a client. It is recommended that you use an email address other than the one used for your practitioner profile.
How do I sign up as a client?
You can sign up on Healing Clouds either using your email address or using your Facebook account.
I have signed up as a client but have not received a verification link on my email address?
The verification email sent to you may sometimes land in your spam or junk folder. Please check and make sure to mark the email as safe. In case you do not find it in the spam folder, please go back to our website and on the same page, click on “resend link” to receive a fresh verification link on your email address. If you cannot see the same page with “Resend Link” option, please click on ‘Log in’, enter your email id and password and once you will find “Resend Link” option under the same pop up box.
I signed up using Facebook account. How can Healing Clouds help me keep it anonymous?
We allow you to change your profile picture and name on the Healing Clouds account to help you maintain anonymity.
How much does a session cost?
Practitioners set their own charges starting from $50 per hour.
How can I choose the best practitioner as per my requirements?
We have filters on the home page and browse practitioners page to make your search easier. You can search for practitioners depending on your condition or ailment, country, language, healing practice, and even gender. Simply fill in the desired fields and click on search and you will have a list of practitioners who best suits your requirements.
You can also book a Free Consultation or message the practitioners for free prior to booking your session. This will also help you in choosing a practitioner that best suits your needs.
What is a Free Consultation?
A Free Consultation is a quick live video chat with any practitioner of your choice. This will help you understand the practitioner and the practice they offer and how they can help you. Accordingly, you can choose to book a paid session with the practitioner.
Can I book a Free Consultation with more than one practitioners?
Yes, you can book Free Consultations with multiple practitioners in order to choose the one who best suits your requirements for a paid session.
I would prefer to have my session in a different language other than English, is that possible?
Yes. It is quite possible. In order to do a session in a language other than English please refer to the filters on browse practitioners page. Enter your desired language in the box and click on search and you will have the list of practitioners who can speak that specific language.
My practitioners are in a different time zone than mine. Can I still book a session with them?
Yes, you can book sessions with any practitioners across the world. Practitioners set their availability according to their time zones. However, the available time slots you see on the calendar of your practitioner are converted and shown as per your own time zone. We have done all the hard work so you don’t have to worry about time zones. Once you have booked a session you will also receive a booking confirmation email with the details of the session date and time as per your own time zone.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session in three simple steps with the practitioner of your choice.

- Select a convenient date and time for the session.
- Make hassle free payments using your Stripe account or Credit/Debit card.
How do I make payment at healing clouds? Which card/wallet do you accept?
You can make safe and secure payments at Healing Clouds using your Stripe account. We accept all the credit and debit cards that are accepted by Stripe. If you do not have a stripe account yet, please click here to create one for free.
How do I confirm if my session is booked?
Once you have successfully made the payment, your session will be booked and you will receive an email confirmation with the appointment details such as date, time and healing practice. You can also confirm your booking from your Healing Clouds account. You will see an upcoming appointment on your dashboard.
Will I be reminded about my session?
We will send you two email reminders of your session. First reminder will be sent 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of your session. Second reminder will be sent 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your session.
Can I use my mobile phone/tablet for the session?
Yes, you can use your mobile phone or tablet to take the video session. Please ensure your mobile phone fulfils the requirements mentioned below.
- In case of iPhone/iPad, the iOS version should be 11.2.5 or higher.
- In case of Android phone, your OS version should be 5.1 or higher.
- We strongly recommend you to use Google Chrome as the web browser.
- High speed internet is required to avoid interruptions during the session.
How do I start my session?
Simply log in to your Healing Clouds account and you will see the “Start Session” option on your dashboard. Upon clicking it, you will be taken through the device test to ensure that your device is ready for the session. Once the device check is completed, you will be directly connected to your practitioner through live and secure video. The device test can be done any time before the session. You may refer to Technical Support FAQs for more details.
How do I rate my sessions and how do I write a review about my practitioner?
As soon as your session ends, a pop up for rating and review will appear on your screen. You can rate the session and write a review in this pop up.
I closed my browser after the session, how do I write review and rate my session?
Don’t worry! All you need to do is, log back into you Healing Clouds account and you will see the rating and review pop up once again. You can submit your rating and review there. In a rare case if you did not see any pop up, please email us your review and rating at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the session, wherein your funds will be transferred to your wallet so you can reschedule and/or book another session. Unfortunately, we will not transfer funds of a booked session if the session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to its scheduled time, neither will we be able to refund payments. We do understand special circumstances and may be able to make exceptions to refund.
What issues and illnesses can be healed through distance healing?
There are numerous issues and illnesses that can be healed through distance healing be it mental, physical, emotional or spiritual. There is a solution for each of your problems. You can type your condition or ailments under the filters on our platform and get a customized search results for practitioners who specialize in those conditions and ailments. In case you are unable to find your condition or ailment in the list, you can message a couple of practitioners directly addressing your issues and they will help you find the best practice to heal you.
How many sessions are needed to heal my issues completely?
This will entirely depend on the severity of your condition or illness and the depth of its root cause. You can speak to your practitioner about this in your first session and post assessment they will be able to help you with the number of sessions needed to heal you completely.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept insurance for sessions. This is something that we are working towards and should have it in near future. Please let us know if your insurance company covers holistic healthcare services on email@example.com
What is a wallet?
If you have booked a session and something went wrong and/or the service was not delivered, your funds will go into your wallet where you can reuse these funds to book another session.
Do you provide refunds?
Our Customer Service team will review refunds on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with the practitioners. If a refund is not granted, we would be able to credit the fees in your wallet.
